What is MCS Scheme?

MCS Scheme is a unique scheme organized by RGCSA and managed by Human Welfare Foundation. The main objective of this scheme is to promote computer education in the form of special education among students at very low cost along with general education. The full name of this scheme is Master of Computer Scheme.

Who is MCS Scheme available for?

Any student from 4th to 10th class can enroll their name in this scheme.
What benefits will students get in the MCS scheme?
It is pertinent to note that the MCS scheme is divided into two tiers. They are
1. Single system and
2. Binary system.
Students will get three types of support through this scheme,
For example:
I. Computer Skills Support.
II. Financial support and
III. Part time job support.
IV. Full Time Job Support

Students will get training in computer courses through MCS scheme?

Simplicity is followed in this scheme to teach computer to students. Students will get training in basic to advanced and advanced to professional courses based on age and class. Those courses are: Paint, Wordpad, Notepad, Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, MS DOS, Number System, MSW - Logo Program, MS Publishers, PageMaker, Corel-Draw, Photoshop, Visual Basic, Auto-Cad, Tally, Premiere Pro, C-Language, C++, C#, Python, H. T. M. L. , CSS , Java Script , SVG , VSCode, Sublime, Atom and Typing vs Speed Test. 

What documents are required to enroll in MCS scheme?

To enroll in MCS scheme, students should bring their own 1 color passport photo, and any one photo copy of Aadhaar card or Birth Certificate or ration card as residential proof and admission receipt of the class they are studying.

How much fee will be required to enroll in this scheme?

The admission fee will be Rs. 650.

During training in this scheme, students have to deposit how much money every month?

1. If a student enrolls in single system, he/she does not have to deposit any monthly fee.
2. If a student enrolls in the binary system, he/she has to deposit ten rupees less than the monthly tuition fee of his/her coaching. It should be noted that the students included in this system will get a stipend every month which is equal to the monthly fee of their coaching class. That is, the student can take computer course training at a lower cost than the money spent on coaching every month. To put it more clearly, it has to be said that the training of computer class with coaching will be done for less fee than what is currently required for 1 student per month coaching fee.

Refund Policy:

1) Single System : If a student of Class IV enrolls in this scheme and completes a total of 7 years of training upto Class 10 and then 2 years DCTTC or DGWD of RGCSA. course, but the admission fee paid for 7 years in this scheme along with the course fee (650 x 7 = 4550) 4550 rupees will be adjusted. Otherwise only 650 rupees will be adjusted for the admission fee of the last year of training.
2) Binary system: Any student included in this system will be refunded and adjusted the entire amount paid for the training fee in the last 1 year i.e. 10th class, if she does 2 years DCTTC or DGWD course of RGCSA during the next period of this scheme.
 Here is a small example to make the point clear:
Let's say, a student studies in class ten. At present, the tuition fee of that student is Rs 400 per month.
Now if the student enrolls himself in the MCS scheme, he will no longer have to pay the monthly tuition fee for that tuition. That is, the teacher of that student's tuition will get the fixed fee of that student from the RGCSA organization. And to be included in this scheme, the student has to pay 650 rupees for Ed mission fee and 390 rupees monthly for computer course training. That is, the annual expenditure of that student will be Rs.650+(390 X 12) = Rs.5330 which will be adjusted if he/she takes 2 years DCTTC or DGWD of RGCSA during the next period of this scheme. 

Part-Time Job Policy:

If any student after this scheme has completed 2 years DCTTC or DGWD of RGCSA. course. And can rank in the Part Time Job Recruitment Exam organized by RGCSA as per the announced vacancies provided he can do 2 years part time job. Salary and duty are negotiable.

Award Policy:

If a student after this scheme has completed 2 years DCTTC or DGWD of RGCSA. course. And can't rank in the Part Time Job Recruitment Exam organized by RGCSA as per the announced vacancies but he will get an old computer for practice at home if he takes DCTTC course. In this case, the computer must be returned at the end of the practice.
And if that student D.G.W.D. After completing the course, he will get an old computer which need not be returned to the centre. That means the computer will become the student's own.
And if that student D.G.W.D. course and does not adjust the fee paid under MCS scheme, he/she will get a new computer which need not be returned to the Centre. That means the computer will become the student's own.

Stipend Policy:

The list of the amount of monthly stipend that the students included in the binary system will be published on the RGCSA official website (www.rgcsa.co.in) on 12th of every English month and to the Phy teacher of the coaching center covered by him between 15th and 20th of that month. will accumulate.
It should be noted that the students included in the binary system will not need the monthly fee of the coaching center, the teacher will get his monthly fee from the organization. In this case, students can study in coaching for free.



FAQ [Frequently Asked Question ]
1. I study in 9th standard. If I enroll in MCS scheme, can I get full tuition free in the tuition I study now?
Answer :: 
Of course, you can study in that tuition for free. But in this case, you belong to MCS-Scheme
Binary - must be registered in the system.

2. My tuition fee is Rs 300 per month. If I want to do computer course through MCS scheme, how much fee I have to pay per month? 
Answer :: 

             290 per month with which you can continue your studies both in computer course and tuition. You will not need any monthly fee for tuition. Sir of your tuition you will get tuition fee from RGCSA organization every month.Subsidy will be ten rupees/month, from his/her present tuition fee per month and it will be ( total amount 120 rupees in 12 months) adjusted with last month(12th) tuition fee.
